Prerequisite: ENV 303. Introduction to the process of preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) for a realistic local development project. Topics include the National Environmental Policy Act, the NY State Environmental Quality Review Act, relevant regulations and permit requirements (federal, state, local), and analysis of environmental impacts and alternatives.
