Emphasis is given to the coordinated efforts of managing diverse work forces into fully functional organizational entities, highlighting theories and practices that facilitate motivation, control, and success of the organization. Includes topics such as human motivation, leadership, group dynamics, communications, organizational development, organizational culture, cross-cultural and global issues.
