Topics include work motivation, job satisfaction, performance appraisal, leadership, personnel selection, training and development, communication, psychological testing, and organization development. A Psy 341Z is the writing intensive version of A Psy 341; only one may be taken for credit. Prerequisite(s): A Psy 101; 210 or equivalent statistics course approved by the instructor, or permission of instructor.
