Prerequisites: RELT 138; senior status only; and permission of instructor and School dean for non-majors. Designed for majors in Theology, Pastoral Care, and Religious Education, this is a course on the life, and in particular, the prophetic ministry of Ellen G. White, one of the founders of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Topics will include a biblical study of the gift of prophecy, an understanding of the process of revelation and inspiration, and conflict issues often faced by pastors, chaplains, and school teachers.
