Prerequisite: Consent of instructor before arranging for practicum. During one semester or summer, the student will work as a staff photographer for the Southern Accent or part-time at another weekly or daily newspaper. Student will gain a wide variety of experience shooting news, sports, and feature assignments under deadline pressure.
