Prerequisite: PSYC 122. This course is an introduction to the area of psychology which deals with how human beings process information about the world. The course focuses on how individuals attend to and obtain information about the world, how the brain stores and processes that information, and how individuals think, solve problems and use language. Specific topics such as attention, perception, memory, problem solving, and artificial intelligence are addressed. (Fall)
