Prerequisites: NRSG 231, 305, 309. Co-requisites NRSG 322, 328, 316. A course that focuses on the impact of certain stressors on the health of individuals, families, and communities. The NSM as well as Pender's Health Promotion Model are utilized in diagnosis of aggregate health needs. Emphasis is placed on interventions in the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels of prevention. Three hours theory, two hours clinical. Lab fee 7 will be assessed for this course.
