The course focuses on how multiculturalism influences the local and international environments within which organizations operate, including economic, legal, and political aspects; markets and business customs; dealing with foreign governments and nationals; formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional and cross-cultural decision processes that enable an organization to achieve its objectives.
