Prerequisite: MGNT 334 or permission of instructor. Develops an understanding of the role and impact of cultural diversity in the workplace. The course focuses on how multiculturalism influences the local and international environments within which organizations operate, including economic, legal, and political aspects; markets and business customs; dealing with foreign governments and nationals; formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional and cross-cultural decision processes that enable an organization to achieve its objectives.
