A student may receive credit for this course from only one program This course will explore the process of language acquisition through its developmental stages (from infancy through adulthood). A review of literature will expand on visual, auditory and information processing disorders as well as the major theories of language acquisition and development. Five (5) hours of field experience observations are required. (Fall)
