Prerequisite: Admission to Student Teaching. This course is designed to give experience in the "start up" dynamics of elementaryprograms. It involves 40 clock hours of on-site work with a qualified supervising teacher for two (2) weeks prior to the Fall Semester. The student is required to arrange for his/her own placement and to submit a practicum application to the School of Education and Psychology office by May 15 of the year in which the practicum is to be done.
