Prerequisite: Admission to Teacher Education. Designed to give the student an understanding of administration, program planning, materials, and strategies for teaching in kindergarten and multiage classrooms. Emphasis is given to application of the principles of child development and learning to promote harmonious physical, mental, social, and emotional growth. A minimum of fifteen (15) hours of observations, micro-teaching, and field experience are required.
