Prerequisites: AART 106, 108; ART 227. This course teaches students the process of designing characters through the development of personas, character packs, modeling, texturing, and rigging. Character development includes extensive research, drawing matrices of character elements, settings, and accessories. Special emphasis will be placed on modeling for effective body and facial rigging for animation. Lab fee 12 will be assessed for this course.
