Spring semester, alternate years. 3 semester hours. Fundamental concepts of vocal production are examined. Students take an in-depth look at the vocal mechanism and its importance to the live stage performance. The course prepares the student to effectively produce audible, intelligible speech. Each student will become proficient utilizing "Standard Stage" speech.
