Fall semester, even years. 2 semester hours. This course is designed to introduce and direct students toward a level of proficiency in the following life-time and fitness activities: orienteering, ultimate frisbee, cooperative activities, American Indian and multi-cultural games, fitness testing, and educational gymnastics. Students are expected to show increases in, and are assessed on, their level of skill, knowledge of rules, and application of strategies within each activity.
