Lawrence, Women in Love, Evelyn Waugh, Brideshead Revisited, and John Fowles, The French Lieutenant's Woman. A close critical study of the novels goes hand in hand with an analysis of screen adaptations, including looking at the different possibilities and limitations of the two media. Three hours.
