Prerequisites: admission to teacher education; EDUC-3213. Corequisites: concurrent enrollment ELEM-3333, ELEM-3632, ELEM-3733; ELEM-3900P. Candidates will gain knowledge about methods, materials, and experiences that enable them to teach with an awareness and understanding of the impact of science in the world of the primary student. The focus is hands-on instruction for the biological, earth, and physical sciences. A school-based experience is incorporated.
