Prerequisites: CMSC-1003 and CMSC-1113 or permission of instructor. Corequisite: CMSC-1123L Continues the development of basic topics in computing, including algorithm design and implementation, and basic data structures such as linked lists and recursion. The course focuses on the software development process, including application design, testing and documentation. This course includes laboratory experiences in computer science. Lecture - 3 hours; Laboratory - 2 hours.
