involves an introductory supervised experience in a vocational field. The experience is closely supervised by a faculty member and an on-site supervisor. This initial experience provides a gateway to a vocational and/or academic field AND may serve as a preparation for future internships. Students may earn 1-2 credit hours per experience, with a maximum of 4 credit hours applying to graduation requirements. Graded S/U. Prerequisites: 28 earned credit hours and good academic standing of a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA. Students receive one credit hour for 40 hours of work.
