This course is designed to strengthen students' written Spanish in a variety of contexts: short naratives, descriptions, argumentative essays, and literary analysis. Attention is given to style, register, vocabulary enrichment, and referencing. The course emphasizes writing as a process and the critical thinking and research skills needed to fully develop, articulate, and support one's ideas. Meets the University Writing requirement for SPAN, SPEL, SPTE and SPTR majors. Taught in Spanish. 3 hours lecture.
