An in-depth study of the systematics, ecology, morphology, development, physiology and economic importance of the flagellated protozoans and sponges. Systematics and ecology will be stressed. Emphasis will be placed on those forms native to New Jersey. Also offered at the site of the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium. 2 hours lecture.
