CATALOG COURSE DESCRIPTION: Supervised learning experience at affiliated facilities designed to give students the opportunity to practice skills learned in classroom and application courses including health information projects that give students expertise intechnicalfunctions (e.g. assembly, analysis, filing, data entry and retrieval, indices, release of information, record management in alternate care facilities, electronic health record).
