CATALOG COURSE DESCRIPTION: Basic training in phelbotomy including venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques, and anatomy/physiology of vascular system, emphasizing basic skills, techniques and equipment used in phlebotomy; patient contact and medical/legal issues.
