This course introduces the student into the MBA program and explains the competency-based education they will receive during their academic career. This course is to be taken by all students during the first semester they are enrolled in the graduate program. In the initial meeting, the students will acquaint themselves with expectations and opportunities provided in the MBA program, engage in an assessment of their competencies, and develop an individualized "Learning Agenda," which will track their progress madein the program.
