1 Credit Hour This will be a practical, hands-on training course designed to teach students how to read music. Instruction will include the principles of solfege, and applications of principles of music theory and rhythm. This class will give participants measurable skills in reading music fluently and allowing the active participation in choirs, handbell choirs, instrumental ensembles/bands, or to enhance skills as a soloist.
