Binary, octal, and hexadecimal number systems, Boolean algebra and logic gates, combinational logic (adders, subtractors, etc.), synchronous sequential logic, registers, counters, memory units, digital integrated circuits. PREREQ: CMP 230 or CIS 166 or permission of the Department.
