An ecological, politico-economic, sociocultural, and nutritional analysis of world hunger, drawing on anthropological and historical evidence to investigate the diverse causes of hunger, the contexts in which hunger arises, and the efforts that have been made over the centuries to end hunger. PREREQ: ANT 211 or permission of the instructor.
