Description:

This course is designed to introduce students to the field of international human resource management (IHRM) in a very applied fashion. Particular attention is paid to internal and external environmental pressures as well as cultural influences on IHRM. Students function as clients to external, real-world clients and get an opportunity to train, apply, and test their knowledge and skills in/to/on real-world IRHM problems. The course, therefore, functions as a career finder and resume buider. REC: Bus Adm 362 3 units min / 3 units max, Lecture
