Material selection and evaluation, design, testing, production, and placement practices and issues are discussed.? Treatment of material properties includes binder and mixture rheology, and relationships between properties and performance.? Practical applications include design methodology and modern construction techniques.? Special mixtures, recycling, and additives are addressed.
