Basic engineering laws and concepts in analysis of electromechanical energy-conversion systems and devices. Includes study of DC and AC machines, and electronic drives. Systems, including electronic drives, electric machines, and mechanical loads, are analyzed in open-loop and closed-loop control for systems under steady-state and transient conditions.
