This course involves understanding of basic principles and practice related to family financial planning. It will focus on identifying family's financial goals and recommending strategies for reaching these goals throughout the family's life cycle. Students will learn to use a financial calculator. Professional ethics will also be discussed. It will provide a foundation for family financial planning professionals to develop appropriate financial plans for clients.
