An orientation course and an assessment of basic knowledge of Visual Arts terminology and theory, including visual elements and design principles. Required of all students entering into Visual Arts or Graphic Design majors in their first semester. Students must register, attend, and complete the First Review. Completion of the course will be a satisfactory (S) or unsatisfactory (U) which is not calculated into the student's GPA. If the work is unsatisfactory, ART 110 must be repeated before taking ART 200 Portfolio Review Jury on Student Progress. Credits: 0.5 Notes: The course will be offered every semester.
