This course is a travel study, which is designed to acquaint the student with what it is like to be a tourist. Students will learn about major tourist attractions in Europe, economic development of tourism in the new European Union, differences in hospitality and tourism operations with their U.S. counterparts. Expenses incurred to be paid by participant. Prerequisite: Sophomore standing or consent of instructor. Course may not be taken in the same Spring of graduation. Students must contact instructor prior to enrolling in this course.
