This course is designed to offer students opportunities to enhance and improve their techniques and skills in dealing with and mediating organizational conflict management. Topics to be addressed will include methods to productively manage interpersonal disputes between individuals and groups within the organizational environment, systems thinking and its relationship to conflict management, design, implementation, and evaluation of management strategies, as well as negotiation strategies and their role in managing conflict.
