3 credits This course will cover techniques for the assessment of students with disabilities in all content areas and performance domains. Techniques in the use of standardized and informal assessments that can be administered by the teacher will be explored. The course will also cover strategies that can be used to integrate assessment into both instruction and the IEP process. Field Experience hours required. Pre-requisite(s): Admission to the Teacher Preparation Program.
