This course is designed to give graduate and undergraduate student in the College of Health Sciences and Human Services an understanding of both the philosophy and practice of palliative care. The course includes content on symptom assessment and management, spiritual care, psychological support, and special patient populations. This course is also suitable for students from other colleges who have an interest in evidence-based end-of-life care.
