This is the second course in the social work practice sequence and continues the study of social work practice with an emphasis on social work with families and groups. It is designed as an intermediate level investigation and study of the practical application of the generalist model within a group framework. Content will include conceptual framework and techniques of group work. This course may not be taken concurrently with SWK 313. Prerequisites: admission to the social work program; SWK 302 and 310.
