This course is designed to aid students majoring in social work with their orientation to the social work program and curriculum, and to acquaint them with campus-wide services and programs that may assist them in their academic pursuits and adjustment to college life. This course is required of all first-semester social work students including transfer students. Only one freshman orientation course will count toward graduation. Graded pass/fail.
