The course will explore a particular genre, e.g., the novel, novella, drama, poetry, short story, and the theory behind the respective genre and an examination of a variety of works within that genre. May be repeated as a second course for up to six credit hours provided that the second course covers a different genre. Prerequisite: SPA 302 and SPA 301 or 306.
