This course involves a study of modern and classical approaches to both business and personal ethics as well as the other major components of the business environment: the political, international, legal, ecological, social and cultural environments. This course also studies the principles and practices of corporate governance. Prerequisites: LST 240, MGT 350, FIN 330, MKT 360, and senior standing. (Same as PHI 442.)
