The study of the ecology, natural history, life cycles, taxonomy and systematics of lotic and lentic insects. The class will include several field trips to aquatic habitats and the preparation of a working collection. Two hours lecture and four hours laboratory per week. Prerequisite: BIO 330 or consent of instructor. (Spring, odd years)
