Introduction to the philosophy and mechanics of modern Cultural Resource Management (CRM), primarily from an archaeological perspective. Emphasis will be placed on gaining a practical working knowledge of CRM legislation, regulation, and process, as well as balancing business, research, ethics, and public interest issues. Two Saturday field trips will be required. Prerequisite: ARC 150 or permission of instructor.
