This course examines psychological theories and concepts related to sport and exercise behavior. Both the theoretical and applied aspects of the discipline of sport psychology are addressed. Topics include: an understanding of participants, groups and teams; sport and exercise environments; aggression in sports; performance enhancement; exercise behavior; and, health and well-being.
