[Choice:SS] Leisure and Society presents an overview of the historical and philosophical foundations of leisure and recreation from ancient to modern times, and provides a conceptual basis for the comparison of concepts of leisure and work in contemporary society. Prerequisites & Notes This course is offered every fall. Recreation majors may not use OER 1010 as a GEU Social Science choice course to satisfy their Divisional Choice requirement of 3 credits in the Social Sciences. Credits: 3
