This course provides information on the new trends in physical education 7-12. The course provides an opportunity for students to design a yearly curriculum, standard-based physical education units that integrate the Vermont Framework of Standards and Learning Opportunities and the NASPE Standards, and to administer and document authentic skill assessment.?A minimum of 25 hours of field work is required on the secondary level. Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisites are PED 3070 and permission. There is a lab fee. This course is offered every spring. Credits: 4
