This course provides students with an opportunity to develop teaching skills for working with young children. The course teaches students to integrate child development theories and pedagogical strategies into teaching practice. Students assume increasing responsibility for curriculum development, classroom management, and instruction in a single setting. An on-campus seminar provides students with an opportunity to reflect on their experiences. Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisites are EDU 1030 and EDU 2850. This course is offered every fall.
