This course is for people who work with clients or customers. The course is appropriate for all types of organizations: hospitality, health care, professional services, retail, manufacturing, human services, etc. You will learn what customers and clients want, how to measure customer satisfaction, and how to increase customer satisfaction. The course includes findings of recent research, surveying techniques, operations improvement strategies, and reports from leading practitioners. The course includes case studies, in-class and on-site exercises, and current readings. Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisite is junior standing or permission. Credits: 3
