This course introduces the student to the history, evolution, and popular trends of animation and American illustration from the industrial revolution to today. Students will also explore the relationship and influence of fine art and graphic design on the two narrative art forms and how they influence fine art and graphic design. Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisites are ARH 2011 and 2012. There is a lab fee. This course is offered every odd-numbered fall. Credits: 3 Biology
