This course studies tasks faced by the sales manager and provides a detailed examination of the specialized tools and techniques needed to cope with requirements used to design territories, hire, train and analyze the sales force, and develop compensation packages. The course includes a review of basic personal selling skills as they relate to training professional sales personnel. Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisite is BUS 2230 or permission.
