[Choice:SS] This course introduces the study of humankind from both biological and cultural perspectives. The instruction provides a survey of the four subfields: physical anthropology, archaeology, sociolinguistics and cultural anthropology. The course examines problems such as human evolution, physical variation and the diversity of human cultures in both the past and the present.
