3 semester credits This is an introductory course primarily for non-science majors and students lacking high school physics and chemistry. The course includes principles of chemistry and physics. A non-algebra approach is used to study mechanics, heat, atomic structure, chemical combinations, electricity, and fundamentals of earth science.
